Moving onto a major was never going to go down well with
AFI's ultra-elitist fanbase, but as it happens it
doesn't seem to have done too much harm. Standing
defiantly by their sound and image (sound: the Offspring
doing the Cure via Motley Crue; image: stocky bloke dressed
as Morticia Adams fronting the Skids), they seem to have
got away with it. Whether it stands up to the previous
two albums is debatable, but in its own right this is a
great collection of shouty anthems dressed up in silk cobwebs.
