| One of the more distressing points in the recent ITV1 Take That documentary - which was a fairly harrowing experience generally - was when Howard revealed that Robbie routinely emerged victorious from the That’s tourbus wanking competitions. A poignant omen of things to come. |

On the same programme, Mr Williams - rather grandly addressing his erstwhile colleagues by video, probably from his underground bunker - memorably described Mark Owen as a “genius”, at which point the entire nation choked on its cabernet sauvignon. And yet, floppy of fringe and impish of grin (not to mention being the only person to emerge from the infernal Big Brother household without looking like some kind of massive twat), Mr Owen remains TinyVoices’ favourite member of Take That. (I have not consulted the rest of the editorial board on this decision but I am confident I speak for all of them).
Indeed, so unremittingly nice does he seem that we are loathe to criticise anything he does, ever. That said, ‘Hail Mary’ blows. Taken from his aptly-titled album How the Mighty Fall - which passed us and, it would seem, the record-buying public, by entirely - it is an inoffensive yet dull guitar-led affair, albeit one which boasts a discernable tune, which is more than can be said for the Richard Ashcroft single.

I really liked his 4 minute warning track, in fact I downloaded it.
And he's my favourite ex-That.

I quite liked 'Clementine', his late '90s "hit", if anyone remembers that.

Actually you should give How The Mighty Fall a listen - Sorry Lately is beautiful, 3:15 surprisingly funky and Wasting Away I'm confident will wake up your rock lugholes. Not sure who picks his singles but his album tracks are fab! Oh and he's very entertaining live too...so I'm hoping the current Take That reunion will awake some interest in Mark. He deserves it whereas Robbie expects it.

Actually his last album "How The Mighty Fall" is really very good but I guess it's very uncool to admit it, right?
Wake up people and stop to slag off this little fella !!!
