| No indie small-fries these, Orson are supporting Robbie Williams, no less, during his tour in September. |

I don’t know if this piece of information is affecting my judgement, but I can’t listen to it without thinking of Robbie. Obviously, I think about him most of the time anyway, as I’m sure you do. However, it does sound very much like something Mr Williams might have come up with circa his second album: a shinily produced, slightly Oasis-y mid-tempo dirge, built around a dreary guitar riff which sounds like some cack-handed chump (oh, alright then: me) trying to learn to play ‘Start Me Up’.
In short, no bloody good, but I suspect it will probably do quite well. |
