Well, they've alienated all the punkers, so they're not even bothering to pretend anymore. It may seem lazy for me to suggest that her current geezer Josh Homme has perhaps had some influence over Brody Dalle's songwriting, but then that Mr Homme has already managed to brainwash Dave Grohl, Mark Lanegan, Dean Ween, and PJ Harvey (to name but a few legends) into joining his drone-rock cult, and he wasn't even shagging them.

This is probably the best track off the lacklustre Coral Fang, but it suffers from the boils that blight the whole album: a polished, safe production that pays far too much attention to Brody's vocals and never ignites. Not a bad pop-punk growler, as they go, but far too dependent on Dalle's calculated cool, which she supposedly oozes. If you ask me, it's more like a dribble.
